     New York DeMolay’s Mission first and foremost is to build an environment of diversity and lasting friendship. This is done by encouraging community minded individuals and training them in the leadership skills needed to succeed. New York DeMolay offers new and exciting events to inform and educate its dedicated and enthusiastic members. We remain the premier youth organization in New York State by valuing the opinion of every member regardless of age or experience. The bottom line is that New York DeMolay means one thing . . .

Key Cornerstones of the New York DeMolay Mission

Membership

1. Maintaining and expanding our membership is a key goal of New York DeMolay which will allow it to grow and prosper in the years ahead.

2. These new members must be retained by offering activities that will be fun and exciting for all age groups (12-21 Years of Age).

Fundraising

1. In order accommodate all of the membership of New York DeMolay it is vital to ensure that fundraising events are held at all levels to subsidize the cost of our social events and to support our philanthropic goals as well.

State Executive Committee Visitations

1. Visitation by the State Executive Committee will help to reinforce the fact that we are working to represent and serve each individual chapter and its members.

1. Finally, it is important to reinforce the Brotherhood which DeMolay fosters in order to maintain an environment of social diversity and thus lasting bonds of friendship.
